“So you think you know Florida” SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. How to Enter the Sweepstakes:

(a) The So You Think You Know Florida Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on Monday, February 7, 2011 at 12:00:01 am EST and end on March 27, 2011 at 11:59:59pm EDT. Sweepstakes is sponsored by CBS Radio Inc. (“Sponsor”) on behalf of participating CBS Radio and CBS Television stations as well as affiliated CBS Television stations identified in “Exhibit A,” below (collectively, the “Stations”). This is a multi-market Sweepstakes.

(b) To participate in the Sweepstakes, participants will enter on-line at www.winafloridatrip.com (the “Website”) and complete the entry form or text the word “FLORIDA” to 84816 to be entered in the Sweepstakes. Message and data rates may apply. The answers to the multiple choice questions will not have a bearing on the outcome of this Sweepstakes. Registrants are not required to answer the questions correctly in order to qualify for a prize.

(d) Sponsor is not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Sweepstakes or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at www.winafloridatrip.com. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes. By use of the Website and by entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the Websites’ Terms of Use Agreement and to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at: www.winafloridatrip.com.

(e) Entry deemed made by holder of e-mail account or mobile phone holder.

(f) Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

2. Eligibility Restrictions:

(a) The Sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents, residing in the campaign markets listed in Exhibit A, and are 25 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of CBS Radio Inc., the Stations, DDB Worldwide Communications Group Inc., VISIT FLORIDA, Mazda Motor of America, Inc., d/b/a Mazda North American Operations, Mazda Dealerships, other television and radio stations in the campaign markets, and their affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising agencies and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are ineligible to participate or win.

(b) Viewers or listeners are eligible to win a promotion conducted by the Stations with a prize valued less than $600.00 only once every sixty days. Viewers or listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six months. Only one winner per viewer or listener household is permitted in any Sweepstakes.

(c) All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, entrants agree to abide by these rules, and warrant and represent that their entry is their original work.

(d) Participants are required to provide truthful information and the Sponsor will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Sponsor will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and any entry received from persons under the age of 25.

3. Prize:

(a) There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded consisting of one (1) trip for four (4) to Southeast, Florida and one (1) 2011 Mazda MX-5 Miata equipped with standard options. Trip includes round trip air transportation for four (4) from the major commercial airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence as solely determined by the Sponsor to Fort Lauderdale, Florida courtesy of Visit Florida; and a full-size rental car for seven (7) days courtesy of VISIT FLORIDA; six (6) nights hotel accommodations in one (1) deluxe room for four (4) at the Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa, seven breakfast meals on-site and one dinner for four (4) at Rivals (dinner is valued at $300 dollars); Admission for four (4) to the Lion Country Safari plus lunch for four (4) ; passes for four (4) to the Sawgrass Recreation Park and lunch for four (4); admission and lunch for four (4) to the Miami Seaquarium; and one (1) 2011 Mazda MX-5 Miata (equipped with standard options). Grand Prize Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) up to: $35,500. Actual value may vary based on airfare and accommodations fluctuations and distance between departure and destination as well as selected vehicle trims and options.

Trip: Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. The Grand Prize winner and travel companions must complete, sign and return a Liability Release and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents. The Grand Prize winner and his/her traveling companion(s) must travel together on the same itinerary and must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID) in order to travel. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any or all portion of the prize with an item or service of equal or greater value in the event that any part of the prize is unavailable. Travel arrangements must be booked through VISIT FLORIDA Partners. Travel arrangements cannot be changed in any way once booked and confirmed. Travel is subject to availability and certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. DRIVER OF RENTAL CAR MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER AND HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE AND CREDIT CARD (subject to terms of rental car company) and will be responsible for any additional costs (including insurance, gas, taxes, etc.). Prize does not include items not specified such as travel insurance, hotel room service, parking fees, laundry service, food, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, etc.

Vehicle: The Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) 2011 Mazda MX-5 Miata vehicle with 5-speed manual transmission (equipped with standard options) (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) $23,560.00). Winner is solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the Grand Prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, the following: (i) federal, state or local taxes; (ii) title and insurance, registration fees, dealer preparation fees and/or additional options, equipment or upgrades; and (iii) any additional expenses not described herein as being awarded associated with the acceptance and use of the prize. The vehicle options, package, accessories, and other specifics will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner may select from available color combinations (certain color options may delay delivery of car). Winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license issued in his/her state of residence, be at least 25 years of age and have proof of insurance to take delivery. Winners must take delivery of vehicle within thirty (30) days of notice of availability from an Authorized Mazda dealership nearest winner’s residence as specified by Sponsor. Winner will be required to sign a release of liability form and an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release form prior to receiving their prize. THE MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL APPLY AND NO OTHER WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE IS PROVIDED TO WINNER IN RESPECT TO THE PRIZE.

(b) Winner is responsible for any and all local, state and/or federal taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded, including, without limitation, ground transportation, meals and activities, spa services, tours, gift shop purchases, incidentals, telephone calls, gratuities or other personal expenses or hotel charges incurred.

(c) Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within ten (10) days of winning will be forfeited by the winner and an alternate winner may be chosen. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. Sponsors are not responsible for lost or stolen prize certificates/redemption letters and the prize is not redeemable without the original prize certificates/ redemption letters.

(d) Subject to the specific timing requirements applicable to the award of the vehicle, any legitimately and timely claimed prize or prize certificate is valid for one calendar year from issue date. No extension will be given after the trip has expired and prize will be forfeited and Sponsors will have no further obligation to winner. Prize is as stated and may not be altered or exchanged for perceived value or cash. Prize is non-transferable.

4. Selection of Winners:

(a) Decisions of Sweepstakes sponsors with respect to the Sweepstakes are final.

(b) Sweepstakes will be closed to registrants at 11:59:59pm EST on Sunday, March 27, 2011. Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about Monday, April 4, 2011. Winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail. If the winner cannot be notified and/or provide a signed winner affidavit by fax or e-mail to the Sponsor within ten (10) days of Sweepstakes drawing, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing.

5. Conditions:

(a) Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent from Station, VISIT FLORIDA Partners, or prize providers.

(b) By participating in the Sweepstakes, the winner agrees to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Sweepstakes, and to sign a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to acceptance of the prize where permitted by law. Unless a member of winner’s immediate family, travel companion must be 18 years of age or older. Travel companions must travel with winner and must also sign and return a travel release, which must be returned with winner’s affidavit of eligibility. By accepting the prize, winner grants to Station the right to use the winner's name, voice, picture and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). All expenses on receipt and use of prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner and travel companions, by acceptance of their prizes, agree to release CBS Radio Inc., the Stations, their licensees, DDB Worldwide Communications Group Inc., VISIT FLORIDA, Mazda Motor of America, Inc., d/b/a Mazda North American Operations, Mazda Dealerships, their respective parents and subsidiaries, and their respective advertising, promotion and production agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity.

(c) Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.

(d) Failure to comply with the Sweepstakes rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification.
