WESTINGHOUSE HOLIDAY SWEEPSTAKES RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. How to Enter the Sweepstakes:
(a) The Westinghouse Holiday Sweepstakes” (“The Sweepstakes”) will begin at 9:00am EST on Monday, November 7th, 2011 and end at 9:00am EST on Friday, December 2nd, 2011. Sweepstakes is sponsored by CBS Television Stations (“Sponsor”). Stations participating in the Sweepstakes (See Exhibit “A”) are individually referred to as “Station” or collectively referred to as “Stations.”
(b) To participate in the sweepstakes, participants will enter on-line at www.WestinghouseHoliday.com and complete the entry form.
(c) Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, per day.
(d) Neither Sponsor nor Westinghouse is responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Sweepstakes or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at www.WestinghouseHoliday.com. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes.
By use of this website and by entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the Sponsor’s Web Site Terms of Use Agreement and to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at: www.WestinghouseHoliday.com.
(e) In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to participate in the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The authorized account subscriber is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
(f) Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries.
2. Eligibility Restrictions:
(a) The Sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents of the Campaign Designated Market Areas (DMAs) listed in Exhibit A attached (“Campaign Markets”) only, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Employees of CBS Television Stations, CBS Corporation, other television and radio stations in the Campaign Markets, Westinghouse, and their affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising agencies and their immediate family members or persons living in the same households are ineligible to participate or win.
(b) Viewers are eligible to win a CBS Television Stations sweepstakes prize valued less than $600.00 only once every sixty days. Viewers or listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six months. Only one winner per viewer or listener household is permitted in any sweepstakes.
(c) All entries become the sole property of CBS Television Stations and will not be returned. By entering, entrants agree to abide by these rules, and warrant and represent that their entry is their original work.
(d) Participants are required to provide truthful information and the Sponsor will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Sponsor will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and any entry received from persons under the age of 21.
3. Prizes:
There will be fifteen (15) prizes awarded:
• Twelve (12) Westinghouse Holiday Bundles
• Three (3) Grand prize Westinghouse Holiday Bundles
Winners will be selected from all the entries combined in the thirteen participating markets (see Exhibit A).

Compensation will not be provided for any unused portions of any prize. Winner will be required to pick up prize at the local Station in respective market (See Exhibit “A”). Winner is solely responsible for any and all costs, other than those specifically stated in the Official Rules, that may be incurred or arise as a result of being awarded a prize. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Neither Westinghouse nor Sponsor are responsible for or will replace lost, stolen or destroyed products. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with the Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.
4. Selection of Winners:
(a) Decisions of Sponsor with respect to the Sweepstakes are final.
(b) Sweepstakes will be closed to registrants at 9:00am EST on Friday, December 2nd, 2011. Winners will be selected from all the entries combined in the thirteen participating markets (see Exhibit A). Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about Saturday, December 3rd, 2011. Winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail. If a winner cannot provide a signed winner affidavit by fax or e-mail to Sponsor within 3 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning will be forfeited by the winner. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. WCBS, KCBS, WBBM, KYW, KTVT, KPIX, WBZ, WWJ, WCCO, WBTV, KDKA, KFSM, WUPA are not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.
5. Conditions:
(a) Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners and winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent from Station, and their affiliates, authorized dealers, subsidiaries and advertising agencies, or prize providers.
(b) By participating in the Sweepstakes, each winner agrees to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Sweepstakes, and to sign a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to acceptance of the prize. By accepting the prize, each winner grants to Sponsor and Westinghouse the right to use the winner's name, voice, picture and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). All expenses on receipt and use of prize are the sole responsibility of winner. By acceptance of the prize, each winner agrees to release CBS Corporation, participating affiliate television and radio stations, Westinghouse, their respective parents and subsidiaries, and their respective advertising, promotion and production agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt of the prize.
6. Sponsor reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Sweepstakes, which will become effective upon announcement.
7. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.
8. Failure to comply with the Sweepstakes rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification.
