Just like the leaves and the seasons, DialedIn is ever changing. We have been hard at work (like all of you) and our efforts have borne fruit! We have released a number of great new features this month. Video tutorials are now posted around the site and these provide a quick guide for each page. We have also added customization tools and new video statistics. So check out our latest new features below and then create a new and inspired project on DialedIn! Customizable Video Thumbnail |

Don’t like the automatically generated thumbnail that appears in the video player? No problem, you can now customize your video thumbnail by going to My Media > click on the video tab > click the “edit” button next to the video you want to change > and then import the desired image from your My Media. Note: You must upload the image first to the image section of your My Media.

Public Video View Stats |

At the request of several clients, video views can now be tracked on web pages with public URLs. (Before you could only track video views through DialedIn email.) To see video views and web page stats, which are broken down by date, just click the “Page Views by Date” button within the Web Page section of your Project Control.

STREAMLINED
My Media Storage URLs | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
You now have access to the storage URLs for all your media on DialedIn. Simply go to your My Media > select the type of media file (e.g.: image, video, etc.) > click “edit” to view the storage URL. This is particularly helpful for users who want to hyperlink an image or text box to one of their media files.

Our NextFit users have created some dynamic event invitations using DialedIn. They have linked together several DialedIn web pages to create a whole website with information on upcoming events. Check it out to see a great incorporation of DialedIn tools like data collection for RSVPs and forward to friend functionality – www.nextfitevents.com.
