A: While there are not any size restrictions in regards to media files (so long as you do not surpass the media storage limits for your account level), DialedIn’s system supports images that have been created in a .gif, .jpg or .png file format, videos in a .wmv, .mov or .avi format, audio in MP3 format and attachments in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, .pdf, or zip format.
Q: Are there any restrictions in where I place the drag and drop items when creating my website, mobile website, email or widget?
A: There are no restrictions on the placement of drag and drop items. DialedIn’s platform was designed to function as a canvas, so the user has full control over where each item is placed.
Q: Can I incorporate HTML code or external widgets into the website, mobile website, or email canvas?
A: Yes, drag a Text Box onto the canvas and enter your HTML code or widget code and then save. When you “Preview” the code will render.
Q: Can I re-use certain aspects, like media attachments, or a template I created for a project?
A: Yes! All of your media and projects are stored in your account so you can re-use an entire template or pick certain items to re-use; to do this click the "Use Existing Project" button on your Master Control Panel.
Q: What types of viewer statistics are available?
A: In your Project Control Panel in the Monitor box under the heading “Views”, DialedIn provides statistics on the number of times visitors have clicked on your Website and Mobile website. Also, if you send an Email to recipients you can track statistics on email opens and related website views, photo gallery views, document downloads (and the number of times) and video views.
Q: If I send an email through DialedIn, how will it appear in the recipients’ inbox?
A: When the recipients check their email inbox the email will appear to come from your registered email at DialedIn. If you wish a different email address to appear in the recipients’ inbox you can change your email address under “Sender Email” within the “Communications” sub-tab within the “Configure” tab for that project.
Q: What if I want to change something on my website or mobile website?
A: Any changes or updates you make and save will be executed real-time.

Note that even if your video format is listed above, there may still be technical issues with converting it for playback, due to how the video was generated or possibly if the transfer experienced a problem during transmission (not unheard of for very large files such as video). When in doubt, try converting the video to another format on your desktop machine before upload, or test out a smaller video file of the same format.

* Some formats, while technically supported by the systems used with DialedIn, still may have issues. Use these formats "at your own risk."
