Sales Calls
Sales executives often need to showcase content and distribute information in a private,
trackable setting. DialedIn enables secured remote demonstration of content and information
distribution – providing enhanced understanding for the potential buyer or planner –
and transparency for the salesperson as to the level of engagement achieved with the
buyer or planner. The system can qualify leads so that the
salesperson can focus on “getting that meeting” or interacting with those most interested.
- Admin, marketing or creative personnel can create private showcase websites,
incorporating video, images, photo galleries,
documents and more. They can also create rich emails that incorporate links to
the showcase websites.
- Sales executives have basic sub-accounts with seeded projects from a standard account and where the salesperson simply
sends the email to the intended recipient (potentially before or during a sales call).
The recipient receives the email and clicks on the button or link to review the
showcase website.
- Sales executives can monitor recipient activity, including whether they opened the
email, clicked through to the website, reviewed the video and/or photos and whether they
downloaded the documents and how many times.
- Salespeople can then qualify who’s most interested and focus their energies accordingly.
