To meet our objectives, DEN-L sees its activities as providing access and opportunities for training people who are or who will be ‘agents of change’ in terms of practical development project work, development education activists, advocates for social change, peace builders, amongst others. As a provider of education and training for such constituency, DEN-L responds to the challenges of equipping people with knowledge and skills appropriate to work in areas of development that demand a high degree of initiative, creativity, advocacy and leadership. Towards this end DEN-L runs four core programs: Civic Action Program (CAP), Gender Action Program (GAP), Outreach For Change (OFC), and Important Opportunities Program (IMOP).
